CR80.10 Mil Mylar Adhesive Backed PVC Cards

CR8010 Mylar adhesive-backed PVC cards are ideal for printing on most direct-to-card printers. The Mylar backing offers greater thickness than paper backing for easier feeding. Adhesive backed PVC cards are typically applied to proximity/technology cards.

These cards are CR80 size, which is the standard, most commonly used plastic card size, measuring 3.375'' x 2.125'', the same dimensions as a credit card. CR80 10 mil Mylar adhesive back PVC cards are also known as:

• CR8010
• CR80.010
• 8010WTMYAD

These Mylar adhesive back CR80 PVC cards are 10 mil thick and are packaged in shrink-wrapped packs of 100 cards, and are vision inspected to ensure quality.

Remember: If you're placing these cards on pre-slotted access control cards, you will need a slot punch to render a hole in the Mylar adhesive-backed PVC card. Slot punching should be done AFTER printing to avoid damage to your printhead. See our Slot Punches section for options.

Note: This product is not compatible with Magicard printers. Magicard printers require the use of M3610-054B adhesive backed cards.
