  The Zebra ZXP Series 1 single-sided ID card printer features the CardSense single card feed that allows you to create one-sided cards on-demand. For batch printing, the Zebra Series 1 card printer has a 100-card input hopper and a 50-card output hopper that supports cards 10-40 mil thick.
