EasyLobby SVM eAdvance Online Registration Module - EL-98000-EADV10

The EL-98000-EADV10 eAdvance module for EasyLobby SVM is a web-based application that is tightly integrated with the SVM software. The primary purpose of the eAdvance module is to serve as an easy-to-use, easy-to-share method for pre-registering visitors through the Internet or an organization's intranet. In order to pre-register a visitor, the employee simply logs into to the eAdvance website and completes the registration form. The employee submitting this form does not have to have any knowledge or training related to the EasyLobby SVM software.

eAdvance EL-98000-EADV10 can be configured for a wide variety scenarios. Using administrator-configured rules, the eAdvance module can approve visitor requests and add pre-registered visitors into the SVM system or forward the request for approval by a designated individual. Pre-registration significantly reduces the amount of time needed to check in visitors, because relevant information is already pre-populated e.g., the employee being visited, meeting room, etc.). The front desk employee simply needs to scan the visitor's ID card or business card or select their name from a list of pre-registered visitors.

The EL-98000-EADV10 module offers a wide variety of notification options. It can be configured to email approved visitors with the message of your choice (e.g., directions to your facility) as well as a visitor barcode that can be scanned on arrival to efficiently check them in. eAdvance can also be configured to email or SMS message the employee being visited when their visitor has checked in.

The EasyLobby eAdvance Module is an enterprise license. Only one copy is needed per web server, regardless of the number of employees or EasyLobby SVM stations.
