The 5730-2550 Nickel-plated steel (NPS) badge bar pin is 1 1/2'' (38mm) long and features a locking safety catch. This badge clip comes attached to a plastic backing that can be glued onto a badge holder then easily worn on clothing. The locking safety catch prevents the pin from popping open; it safe-guards the wearer against being injured by the pin or potentially losing the attached ID card.
